Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Massimiliano Gattoni is a computer engineer and visionary entrepreneur, recognized nationally and internationally for his leadership in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and strategic innovation.
With over 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years in executive roles such as CIO, CDO, and CTO, he has led large-scale organizations and managed ICT budgets exceeding hundreds of millions of euros.
He has worked with top-tier companies such as Microsoft, Enel, Ferrovie dello Stato, Open Fiber, and Generali, as well as key public institutions including the Italian Senate, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and ANSFISA.
He played a pivotal role in shaping Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), focusing on critical infrastructure monitoring and the development of Smart Roads, and contributed to the nationwide rollout of 5G.
In 2021, he was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic for his outstanding contributions to infrastructure security through technological innovation.

Dr. Pierluigi Marconi is a psychiatrist and neuroscientist, specialized in cognitive disorders, neurophysiology, and EEG-based diagnostics.
With extensive experience in mental health research and clinical practice, he leads the scientific strategy of NeuroMind AGI, ensuring that all AI solutions are aligned with the latest psychiatric and neuroscientific standards.

As Chief Legal Officer at NeuroMind AGI, she oversees corporate governance, institutional relations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all operations align with both national and EU legal frameworks.
